Referral Categories operates as an additional filter, primary category to the referral types that you setup within ClubReady. The intention of this tool is to provide a way to organize and streamline the various referral types that those in your organization can create.

- Access to this page is based off of the permission settings 'Referral Categories Page on Settings tab' and all options that reside under 'Referral Mapping.'
- New referral types (from ClubReady) will reside in the (referral) category 'Other' until you update.
- Referral Categories can be located under your 'Settings' page.
Recalculate Charts: Update all aspects of iKizmet to reflect changes that you made. However, the site will automatically begin to update once you Import.
Export: This will email you the excel file of all referral types available to update. See the section on how (and what) edits you can make in the Export.
Import: the changes made from your saved excel file.
Keyword: Number of referral types assigned to the referral category.
Client(s): Number of clients assigned to the referral category.
Removal all: Un-assign all referral types to the referral category.
The available editing options are limited to column A: 'Referral Category Name.' This is where you can add any label you wish.
Referral Category Name: The referral category name that will be listed in your LASER page.
Referral Type: The referral type that you have setup and assigned to profiles within ClubReady. Do not delete or edit any data in this column.
Client Count: The number of clients assigned to the referral type. Do not delete or edit any data in this column.
