iKizmet’s Multi Location View allows you to compare different metrics between your studio locations all in one quick view. Use the dropdown menus to easily segment for only certain locations, regions, or sites. This view easily shows metrics like Total Revenue and Membership Revenue and allows you to compare by location. The second row of metrics shows each stage of a location’s conversion funnel, allowing you to spot trends or potential issues in part of a funnel.
If you notice one location with a poor conversion rate, you may need to look into that location specifically. If you notice a “hiccup” in your conversion rate across the board, you may need to take a look at your corporate procedures.
Filter Descriptions
Revenue Type: Opportunity to select Gross or Net. The difference between the two revenue types - Net revenue will exclude refunds and returns, Gross revenue will include refunds and returns.
Date Range: Select from preset calendar options.
Date: Choose your start and end date.
Previous: Choose your start and end date for the Previous column.
Regions: displays the preset regional choose the region(s) you would like to view individually or collectively. Consult an ClubReady Support for more information on Region setup.
Divisions: Filter by divisions.
Districts: Filter by districts.
Locations: Filter by locations.
Group By: Filter by a combination of Divisions, Districts, and or Locations.
Membership Revenue: The opportunity to select a specific revenue source. This filter will update only the Membership Revenue, % Change, and Previous columns in the specified section of the filter.
Chart Descriptions
Location displays individual location, brick and mortar separate from online location. Choose the location(s) you would like to view individually or collectively.
Net Revenue: Total revenue without refunds and returns.
% Change: The increase/decrease compared to Previous date range.
Previous: Previous results for the metric.
Average: Average results or for the metric, based on date range and filter selection (Divisions, Districts, and Locations).
Leads: Highlights how many profiles were entered into your database; mirrors your LASER report.
Appointment: Highlights how many of those leads booked their first visit; mirrors your LASER report.
Show: Highlights how many of those booked customers signed into (showed up) to their first service; mirrors your LASER report.
Enrollment: Highlights how many of those customers converted from the Show status to Enrollment status by purchasing a package; mirrors your LASER report.
