Activities
Graph Definitions
Staff lists all available staff member who completed at least one (documented) call, email, text, or in person conversation.
Prospect Types refers to the customer’s profile status. Known as ‘Membership Prospect Type’ in ClubReady.
Date Range offers preset date ranged options.
Date allows you specify start and end date.
Calls: All logs that are entered as “Club Called Customer” in ClubReady.
Texts: All logs that are entered as “Club Texted” in ClubReady except system generated text/SMS.
Emails: All logs that are entered as Club Ad-Hoc Email” in ClubReady except system generated emails.
In-Person: All logs that are entered as “Spoke Face to Face” in ClubReady.
Total Contacts: Totaling up all four lines of Calls, Texts, Emails & In-Person.
The linear view (the colored lines) represent an aggregated view of client contacts by all staff and by contact type (calls, emails, text, in person).
The table breaks down the individual instructor's performance.

Total Conversions totals all (converting) purchases made.
Package Conversions is the total of all none membership purchases made.
Membership Conversions is the total of all membership purchases made.
Package Conversion + Membership Conversions = Total Conversions
Average Activities to Package Conversion is calculated by sum of all contact logs (before package conversions) for package conversions, and then divided by the number of clients.
Average Activities to Membership Conversion is calculated by sum of all contact logs (before membership conversions) for membership conversions, and then divided by the number of clients.
Average Days to Package Conversion is calculated by sum of all days between lead (profile creation) date and package conversions date, and then divided by the number of clients.
Average Days to Membership Conversion is calculated by sum of all days between lead (profile creation) date and membership conversions date, and then divided by the number of clients.
The table breaks down the individual instructor's performance. The search filter will allow you to filter a specific staff member if they have converted clients within the date range selected.
Staff Name displays all staff who have converted sales, and verified by 'Invoices Added By' in ClubReady.
Gross Sales is the revenue total of all qualified, converting sales.
Total Conversions displays total units of qualified, converting sales.
Membership Sales total revenue made from converting membership sales.
Membership Sold represents the total units of membership sales.
Conversion Activities is the number of activities made by staff before converting sale date.
Average Number (#) of Activities is the average number of activities made by staff for converting sales.
