Find and learn more about the the clients and leads driving your data with Client Profiles.
iKizmet's Client Profile View is the only way for you to see a particular client's entire history in one easy view. The client profile page displays details about a client including Quick Facts (see below), visit and purchase history, and contact logs. Located under the Clients tab, simply type in the name (or partial name) or email address of the client you want to find more information about and click Go!
A list will populate with all the clients who match that name you searched for. Click on the client whose profile you would like to see.
Search
- Profiles Created: Search for customers who created their profile within a set date range.
- First Visit Date: Search for customers who had their first visit within a set date range.
- Client Profile Status: Search for customers client profile status according to ClubReady setting.
- Membership Type: Search for membership type according to ClubReady setting.
- Lead Type: Search for customers lead type according to ClubReady setting.

Quick Facts
In this section, you'll see your client's contact information, as well as the Quick Facts section which contains:
The date you see next to Quick Facts displays the date of your data's start with iKizmet.
Client Profile Created is the date the client's profile was created by either the client or a member of your staff; this differs from their First Visit Date. Note: First Visit Date is only shown if this information is sent over by your CRM.
Last Visit is the clients most recent visit to your studio, based on a check-in. Note: Last Visit is only shown if this information is sent over by your CRM.
Lifetime Spend: Client’s total spend; does include retail sales. (limited by the start date of your data in iKizmet).
Lifetime Spend Per Visit: iKizmet divides the client's total spend by the number of total visits; does include retail sales (limited by the start date of your data in iKizmet).
Membership Status indicates client's membership status: Active or Inactive.
Total Visits: Client’s total visits (limited by the start date of your data in iKizmet).
Referral Source: The client's original referral source type will display here, if the information is available from your CRM.
Favorite Instructor: The instructor who has taught the most classes to this client in the last 3 months will be named here.
Birthday: Your client's birthdate will display here if this information is available from your CRM.Last Active Pricing Option displays the clients most recently used package or service.
Sales and Attendance Data
Visualizing client activity can help establish a correlation between sales and visits.
Contracts/Agreements
You can review client agreement (also known as contract) history in Contracts/Agreements. Here, you'll see columns with all relevant information including staff who sold it, date, and amount of fees associated and more. Choose "Load More" at the bottom of the rows to show more columns.
Freezes
View all active and recorded freezes applied to the customer's agreement.
Membership Statuses
You can review client membership status history in Membership Statuses. Here, you'll see columns with all relevant information including status sate (active, new, cancel) start date, end date, agreement name and more. Choose "Load More" at the bottom of the rows to show more columns.
- Active Days: Total number of consecutive days the customer has had an active membership status. If there are multiple active agreements, those dates will be added together.
Membership Types
You can review client membership type history in Membership Types. Here, you'll see columns with all relevant information including start date, end date, and membership type. Choose "Load More" at the bottom of the rows to show more columns.
Sales
You can review client purchase history, or sales, in Sales. Here, you'll see columns with all relevant information including location, date, and amount of purchase and more. Choose "Load More" at the bottom of the rows to show more columns.
Past Dues
Past Dues will document all overdue payments related to membership agreements.
Attendance
With Visits, you can review the client's latest visit history and other relevant visit information like class time, date, name, and more. Choose "Load More" at the bottom of the rows to show more columns of historical visit information.
Contact Logs
Pie Charts
- Visit by Class: Percentage of class types attended by the total number of completed (signed in) visits.
- Visits by Instructor: Percentage of classes completed (signed in) by the instructor.
- Visits by Status: Percentage of visit type; completed, no show, canceled etc.
- Gross Revenue by Product Name: Percentage of revenue generated by the packages, membership, or products purchased by the customer.
Check-ins
Check-ins refer to the client's bookings and indicate whether the client has checked in (Y) or not (N).
Remaining Sessions
Remaining Sessions will display packages with a specified number of sessions and indicate the number of sessions available for the customer to utilize.
