Please Note:
- If your brand is using the iKizmet Membership logic, your data will NOT match what you find in ClubReady. iKizmet's membership status is based on the agreement start date, and ClubReady's membership status is based on the package/credit start date.
- Option to run your membership count by either the membership start or sale date; learn more here.
In ClubReady, a client is considered a member when they have a future date listed in the "Membership Expires Date"; this date is not tied to an agreement or package. The field can be edited or changed to give access to someone who does not have an agreement or invoice. iKizmet membership status will start along with the agreement start date, regardless of when the sale transpired. For ClubReady, a membership status will start on the agreement sale date.
When using the iKizmet logic, there are two criteria that need to be met to be counted as a member;
- A) A membership level agreement. If there is not an agreement, we will not count as a member.
- B) An initial invoice (either past or future) attached to the agreement within the next 60 days. Without an invoice, we will not count as a member.
Additionally, iKizmet also has a setting to either include or exclude frozen members from the Total count.
Because of this, iKizmet will not match ClubReady membership counts. In addition, iKizmet gives a brand the ability to data map. With data mapping, iKizmet can remove certain packages that would normally show in ClubReady as a member.
