The Demographics Module gives you the ability to easily filter and sort your clients to better understand where they come from and how much they visit and spend.

- There is no calendar control for this module, the results are based off of the last (rolling) 12 months.
- A client that has had at least one visit in the last 12 months will be included in your data.
- Permission access needed is 'Demographics Chart'.
Filters:
Client Type: This filter allows for you to see only Members or Non-Members (package holders) or All Clients. A member in ClubReady may not be counted in iKizmet depending on which membership logic your brand is using.
(Members = Active + Frozen members on prior day)- Group By: The user can group the table data by the following; Not Grouped (default),Referral Source, ZIP Code, Age Grouping, Gender and Birth Month. Only one item in the dropdown list can be selected at a time.
Referral Source:Referral Categories/Sources: When the Referral Categories toggle is turned ON(Green), we will display the list of iKizmet categories that each referral source has been manually mapped to. Similar to how we display in LASER. With the Referral Categories toggle turned OFF(White), we will display the referral source (how did you hear about us) in ClubReady. If the client is listed as “Unassigned”, that means there is no data in ClubReady for us to show.
ZIP Code: Using the ZIP code field in the address section of the ClubReady profile. Without data in ClubReady, we will show “Unknown”.
Age Groups: We will use the birthday field to determine the clients age. The age groupings are broken up into the following: 1-17, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64 & 65+. If there is not a birthdate in ClubReady, we will list as “Unknown”.
Gender: We will show the gender specified in the data in ClubReady. Missing data will be shown as “Unknown”.
Last Visit: Since we are only seeing data for the last 12 months, you can select the month of the clients last visit.
Birth Month: If the data is available, we will show all clients by birth month. Missing data will be shown as “Unknown”.
Pie Charts:
Clients By Referral Source: A breakdown of all referral sources as a percentage of the total.
Clients By ZIP Code: A breakdown of all postal codes as a percentage of the total.
Clients By Age: A breakdown of all age groups as a percentage of the total.
Clients By Gender: A breakdown of all age groups as a percentage of the total.
Buttons:
Export to Excel: The ability to download table data in Excel format.
View Raw Data: The ability to see customer detail pertaining to the chart.
Table:
First Visit: The date of the first completed visit of the client.
Last Visit: The date of the last completed visit of the client.
Total Visits: The sum of all completed visits for all time of the specific client.
Avg. Number of Visits: We take the total number of visits and divide by the number of months since their first visit.
Lifetime Spend: The total amount of revenue the client has generated. Limited to the amount of data you have in iKizmet (including returns).
Average Spend: We take the total amount of revenue the client has generated and divide by the number of months since their profile was created.*
*Average Spend = Lifetime Spend / Amount of Months from First Visit Date till prior day
e.g
The client has $255 of all time
First Visit Date is 4/19/2018
Prior Day is 5/14/2023
The total amount of months from the first visit date till prior day is 60 months
then
Avg. Number Of Visits = 255/60 = 4.25
Referral Source: Each client has a referral source/how did you hear from us in ClubReady. If the client is listed as “Unassigned”, that means there is no data in ClubReady for us to show.
