If you want to see how long members stay on a certain agreement, this module is for you. The entry point for this module is the membership agreement start date.
Before you continue reading...
- Permission access needed Membership Length by Agreement Chart.
- The Membership Length report is located under the Clients tab, on the Lifetime Value and Length page.
- The table will not appear if you choose the Membership Length by Member option.
- 'By Agreement' will count by all agreements. 'By Member' will count only by member. For example, one customer has three different membership agreements, if you run your report 'by Agreement' you will see all three. If you run your report 'by Member' you will see only one.
Agreement Filters
- Date: There is no calendar control, the data is based on the most recent update to your data.

Agreement Status
- Active Memberships: Will count only active agreements. The agreement must not be canceled to be considered active.
- Former Memberships: Will count all canceled agreements.

Type
- Membership Type: This filter will display your membership types. You can select all, a single agreement or multiple.
- Category: This filter will display your membership agreements. You can select all, a single agreement or multiple.
- Membership Type: Groups all statuses and results by membership types.
- Sales Package: This filter will display your sales package types. You can select all, a single, or multiple.

Member Filters

Table
iKizmet will show each agreement on a single line with some key metrics.
- All Time Average: We will display the average amount of time (in months) that the agreement was active.
- Former Average: We will display the average amount of time (in months) that the agreement was active but only for memberships that have been canceled.
- All Time Memberships: We will count the number of memberships for that particular agreement that was ever active.
- Active Memberships: We will count the number of memberships for that particular agreement but only those that are currently active.
- Former Memberships: We will count the number of memberships for that particular agreement but only those have canceled.
