- Depending on number of locations (or data to update), tagging can take anywhere from minutes to hours to recalculate and update your reports to reflect the changes that you make.
Here is your step by step instructions as well as a quick video to help.
Step 1. Once you are logged in to your dashboard, go to your user icon (found on the upper right corner), click the drop down menu, and then select Organization Settings.
Step 2. Once you are in your iKizmet settings page click on Pricing Options Mapping. The purpose of this page is to provide user control on how we track your data (aka your pricing options). What you will find in this page is a list of (at first) all your revenue categories, and once you click on a revenue category you'll see your pricing options assigned.
Step 3. By clicking on a particular revenue category, you can see all the pricing options that fall under that category.
Step 4. Click on the tag (to the right of the package/credit) to see your tagging options. If a tag is green, it means it is in use for the various reports/metrics.
Recurring: Is this package a recurring (EFT) package?
Intro Offer: Is this package an intro offer?
Exclude Visits: Do you want this visits used with this package to count towards attendance reports?
Using for Retention: Is the package count towards a converted/enrolled sale?
Membership: Is this package a member type?
