Getting your data out of iKizmet is easy and available in two different formats. Once in the Raw Data View, located in the left-top corner, you will see the menu option to do the following:
Download As Excel: Opportunity to download as XLSX, the file extension for a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, and most suitable for large files.
Download As CSV: Opportunity to download as a CSV file. CSV files are commonly used for data exchange between platforms, making the data “raw” again so it can be processed by different applications. This is the most flexible data format.
The other menu options:
Close Raw Data View: Opportunity to close out the Raw Data tab.
Show All Data: Only available when you are viewing a report that has segmented data-points
