Before You Begin
- Members can be found in the Members page, under the Clients tab.
- Permission access needed is 'Number Of Active Members Chart By Status.'
- The iKizmet membership logic will verify membership status by the agreement status, only counts members who are paying (current) on their membership payments, but ignores anyone with an $0 invoiced sale.
Active Agreements (blue line): Total active members, based off of those who have an active agreement. This number includes both 'Paying' and 'Non-Paying,' but excludes anyone with a $0 invoice.
Paying Members (red line): Total active members who are current on their membership dues.
Non-Paying Members (orange line): Total active members who are not current on their membership dues.
New: This status indicates a client that has not been a member. Returning members will display a 'Rejoin' status rather than new status.
Freeze: This is a client whose membership agreement has been frozen by a staff member.
Freeze Ended: Total number of clients who's membership freeze has ended.
Cancel: This status indicates a client who lost their membership status for a reason other than suspension or freeze. Cancel status is from a client whose agreement is terminated or expired.
Rejoin(NonPay): Only applies to ‘Paying Member’ logic, and the last status before rejoin was ‘Non-Paying.' This member was moved from ‘Paying’ to ‘Non-Paying’ then after a day settled their payment to become a 'Rejoin(NonPay).'
Rejoin(Cancel): The last status before 'Rejoin' was ‘Cancel'; they were a former member who canceled for a day then purchased a qualifying membership.
Net Member Unit: Displays the net amount of members added the selected date range by summing new members, returning members, and lost members.
Net Membership Units = New + Rejoin - Cancel.
