How to Spot Patterns and Take Action
Use this report to identify who needs attention and why:
- Sort by "Last 90 Days Revenue" to find your highest-spending Members Without Packages. If someone is spending hundreds on drop-ins or single services but hasn't bought a package, they're likely unaware of package options or pricing. A single conversation could unlock significant revenue.
- Filter by "Last Visit Date" to catch Members Without Packages who haven't visited recently. These are at-risk members, they're paying dues but not engaging. Offering a package deal can reignite their interest before they cancel.
- Look for Clients Without Packages with high visit frequency. If someone is consistently buying packages month after month but still doesn't have a membership, they're essentially pre-qualified for conversion. Calculate their package spending over 90 days, if it exceeds your membership cost, the ROI pitch writes itself.
- Run the report monthly and track movement between categories. Are Members Without Packages converting to Members With Packages after your promotions? Are Clients Without Packages upgrading to membership? Tracking category shifts helps you measure the effectiveness of your sales and retention strategies.
Pro tip: Use the "Customer Category" column to create targeted marketing campaigns. Members Without Packages might respond to "Complete Your Membership Experience" messaging, while Clients Without Packages need "Save More with Membership" offers that show clear cost savings.
