The funnel chart compares the success of competing introductory offers by displaying metrics like number sold, conversion rates, and lifetime revenue in a side-by-side format.
Date Selection Tip: Remember that offers sold recently might not have time to convert yet. If recently sold offers are being compared to older offers, it is a good idea to set the date back to a time that gives all purchasers time to make that second purchase (3 weeks-2 months).
Tool Tip: Hovering a pointer over the values in the funnel will give additional data like the conversion rate for the offer. This can be useful to help understand which offer is converting at the highest rate.
Offers Sold - This metric counts the number of offers sold to clients over the period selected in the calendar.
Converted to Service - Looking at the clients that purchased the offer, this metric shows how many people purchased a *qualifying service sales package after the offer purchase.
Converted to Membership - Looking at the clients that purchased the offer, this metric shows how many people purchased a membership or recurring sales package after the offer purchase. -Converted to Service and Converted to Membership calculations look at all-time purchases after the offer purchase to find the next service or membership purchase.
Revenue Generated - Below the cylinder for each offer there are three numbers that show lifetime spend, lifetime service sales, and lifetime product sales for purchasers of each offer. Service revenue plus product revenue will equal lifetime spend.
