How does iKizmet define new vs. existing clients? In ClubReady, every time a client profile is created that profile is assigned a client ID number. iKizmet will look at the client ID numbers to determine if the client is new or existing.
Period Type: Click on the arrow and a drop down menu will appear. This will let you select how you want to view that data. For these charts you have the choice of daily, weekly or monthly.
Date: This may look like one function but it is actually two. By clicking on the first date, a window pops up to find the date desired. This is where you select the start date of the time-frame you want to see. Clicking on the second date is where you select the end date of the time-frame you want to see.
Date Range: If you do not want to set your time manually, you can use our pre-set views from this drop down. Click on the arrow and scroll to the one you want and click on it.
Setting your time-frame and chart view are critical for getting the data you want to see. These setting will only affect the chart you are in. There is not an option for a page time-frame. Now you are ready to dive into the charts.
Number of Returning Client: Client IDs which have already had a visit, returning for at least one visit within your calendar view.
Number of New Clients: Client IDs that do not have a record of a first visit within your calendar view.
Line Legend: The legend will help you see what the lines in the chart are representing. In both charts, the blue lines will represent returning/existing clients while the red lines will represent new clients. The legend will be either above the chart lines or directly to the right of the color bars.
Number of Returning Clients: Total number of returning client visits (have had at least one prior visit) within your calendar view. This total number reflects a unique record (meaning, if a customer attends three times they will be presented by a value of one) and mirrors the line graph above.
Number of New Clients: Total number of new client visits within your calendar view. This total number reflects a unique record (meaning, if a customer attends three times they will be presented by a value of one) and mirrors the line graph above.
Total: Combined total of Number of Returning Clients and Number of New Clients.
Percentage of Returning Clients: (formula) Number of Returning Clients = 142, Number of New Clients = 18, Percentage of Returning Clients will calculate as (142/(142+18)*100) = 89%
Chart Action Icons: In most of our charts, we give the the ability to take some actions (image, CSV & table/chart view) on the data we are displaying. See here for what each icon can do.
