- Class Count is located under the Attendance page, and within the Attendance tab.
Filter Description
Class: The ability to filter by available class types that were scheduled, added, or canceled within the selected date range.
Staff: The option to filter by available staff members who were assigned to a scheduled, added, or canceled class within the selected date range.
Date Range: The ability to filter by one of the preset date ranges.
Date: The option to select a specific start and end date.
Scorecard Description
Total Classes: This includes all scheduled classes prior to the beginning of the month, along with any additional classes added during the month. The Total Classes value will be adjusted by subtracting any cancelled classes to provide the final total for the month.
Total Scheduled: The total number of classes that were scheduled prior to the start of the month.
Total Added: This represents the total number of newly scheduled classes that have been added since the beginning of the month.
Total Canceled: This represents the total number of classes that were scheduled but subsequently canceled. Please note that canceled classes are not limited to the current month and may include those canceled prior to the beginning of the month.
Average (Avg) Classes: The monthly average of the Total Classes value.
Average (Avg) Scheduled: The monthly average of the Total Scheduled value.
Average (Avg) Added: The monthly average of the Total Added value.
Average (Avg) Canceled: The monthly average of the Total Canceled value.
