How does iKizmet define new vs. existing clients? In ClubReady, every time a client profile is created that profile is assigned a client ID number. iKizmet will look at the client ID numbers to determine if the client is new or existing.

- Total Visits is located under the Attendance page, and within the Attendance tab.
Filter Description
Cross Club:
Cross Club: The opportunity to filter visits made by customers from other locations.
Clients: The opportunity to filter visits by location.
Group By:
New/Existing: The opportunity to filter both new and existing visits by location.
Cross Club: The opportunity to filter visits made by customers from other locations.
Members/Non-Members: The report shows three data points: Total Visits, Members Visits (by customers with active memberships), and Non-Members Visits (by customers without active memberships). The chart uses two legends to compare member and non-member visits over time. Total Visits equals the sum of Members and Non-Members Visits.
Period Type: Click on the arrow and a drop down menu will appear. This will let you select how you want to view that data. For these charts you have the choice of daily, weekly or monthly.
Date: This feature has two functions. Clicking the first date opens a window to select the start date of your desired time frame. Clicking the second date lets you choose the end date.
Date Range: If you do not want to set your time manually, you can use our pre-set views from this drop down.
Scorecard Description
Total Visits: The total number of visits during the selected date range and with the filters applied.
New Class Visits: The total number of first time class visits during the selected date range and with the filters applied.
Existing Class Visits: The total number of returning class visits during the selected date range and with the filters applied.
New Appt Visits: The total number of first time service visits during the selected date range and with the filters applied.
Existing Appt Visits: The total number of returning service visits during the selected date range and with the filters applied.
