The Instructor Performance module concentrates on instructor utilization.

- The Instructor Utilization report is located under the Attendance tab, and on the Instructor Performance page.
- Permission access needed is 'Instructor Utilization Chart'.
- This is the same information on our Utilization page, but this report displays each instructor individually so you can easily compare.
Data Point
Overall Class Utilization: Total number of completed visits by all instructors, and all classes, within the time frame. We take the capacity of your class and divide by the amount used to get you a percentage used (utilization = number of visits / spots filled).
The percentage below will compare month-over-month change.

# of Clients: Total number of classes taught by instructor based on the time frame selected.
Avg Class Size: The average class size taught by the instructor during the time frame selected. We take the total number of clients taught and divide by the number of classes.
Utilization: Total number of completed visits by instructor and all classes taught by them. We take the capacity of your class and divide by the amount used to get you a percentage used (utilization = number of visits / spots filled).
Prev: The percent change from the previous period; we will use the number of days in the date rate range to determine the previous period. Example, if there are 15 days in the date range, the previous column will show the utilization percentage of the prior 15 days.
+/- Change: The percentage change from the previous period to the current period; green is positive, red is negative.
