Prospect (a lead that has not converted) who attend your various instructors services, and after which visit the client makes a qualifying purchase (Converted).

- The Instructor Closing report is located under the Attendance tab, and on the Instructor Performance page.
- Permission access needed is 'Instructor Closing Chart'.
- Conversion qualification is based off of pricing option tagging "Using For Retention."
Data Points:
Prospect Visits: The total number of visits made by prospects over the time period and filters selected.
Unique Prospects: Of the total number of visits made by prospects over the time period and filters selected, we will only count each individual prospect once.
Total Converted: The total number of converted prospects over the time period and filters selected (Converted + Team Converted);
Total Team Conversion (and percentage change to previous period): Highlights total conversion of Team Converted prospects (Total Converted / Unique Prospects).
Table:
Prospect Visits: Counts all profiles created (Leads) that have not converted to any service (based on mapping). A Prospect can be counted in multiple instructor lists. Each visit will be counted in the Prospect Visit column. Important to note: The last visit before conversion, per instructor. One client could be a prospect for a few instructors.
Converted: The number of those Prospects that purchased a qualifying service anytime after the visit with the instructor, but before completing a class with another instructor.
Conversion %: Converted / Opportunities
'+/- Change %: percentage change from previous period. Displays whether converted value has increased or decreased since last period.
Team Converted: The number of those Prospects that purchased a qualifying service anytime after they completed a class taught by any other instructor than the one listed.
Unique Prospects: Of the total number of visits made by prospects over the time period and filters selected, we will only count each individual prospect once.
